WHEREAS, application has been made by Allodium, Inc., by George Parker to zone 7.733+/- acres, more or less, said property located at 700 North Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1133.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, Planning Commission has recommended this request for zoning on January 11, 2006; and
WHEREAS, City Council held Public Hearing on February 21, 2006, in regular meeting, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map, adopted by Ordinance No. 198-96, passed on November 19, 1996, as amended, is hereby amended by zoning 7.733+/- acres, to SF-3, Single Family Residential, pursuant to Section 1138.08 of the Codified Ordinances, said acreage more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to amend and recertify the Official Zoning Map of the City of Gahanna, Ohio, to reflect the zoning contained in and approved by this ordinance.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
