TO REPEAL ORD-0131-1979, "TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH GAHANNA HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR CERTAIN LAND TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC, CHARITABLE, OR HISTORICAL PURPOSES."
BODY
WHEREAS, ORD-0131-1979, was passed by Gahanna City Council on November 20, 1979, for Lease with the Gahanna Historical Society of certain property on High Street; and
WHEREAS, a second lease agreement was passed by this Council before it was found that this ordinance had been in place since 1979; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to repeal this ordinance as a new lease is ready to approve, which includes boundaries and provides an overview of the property specifying the properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That ORD-0131-1979, passed by Gahanna City Council on November 20, 1979, is hereby repealed; said legislation attached as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
