TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH CENTURY EQUIPMENT FOR THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE OF GOLF CARTS UTILIZED BY THE GAHANNA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE FOR 2013.

WHEREAS, to keep the golf carts at the Golf Course running smoothly and to assure that they are being properly maintained it is necessary to have yearly maintenance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with CENTURY EQUIPMENT, P.O. Box 352889, Toledo, Ohio 43635, for yearly maintenance of golf carts at the Gahanna Municipal Golf Course.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS ($3,776) was set aside in the 2013 Appropriations to Account No. 101.433.5249, Golf Course, Contract Services, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
