TO ACCEPT WARRANTY DEED FROM THE STONEHENGE COMPANY; FOR 0.588 ACRES ON N. HAMILTON ROAD ADJACENT TO SYCAMORE WOODS CONDOMINIUMS

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has recieved a Warranty Deed for 0.588 acres of land, a portion of which is right of way and the balance is to be used as open space; and
WHEREAS, this Warranty Deed is a portion of the land being dedicated by Stonehenge Company as the park land dedication requirement for The Woods at Shagbark; and
WHEREAS, the Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on August 11, 2000; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for 0.588 acres of land on North Hamilton Road adjacent to the Sycamore Woods condominiums, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
