TO AMEND SECTION 513.121, MARIHUANA DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, OF CHAPTER 513, DRUG ABUSE CONTROL, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, it is prudent for the City of Gahanna to amend the this section of code to further align with Section 513.12 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 513.121, Marihuana Drug Paraphernalia, of Chapter 513, Drug Abuse Control, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That any ordinance or ordinances in conflict hereto are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
