TO AMEND CODE SECTION 921.11, SEWER RENTAL RATES, OF CHAPTER 921, SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS AND RENTAL RATES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, it is time to set 2009 sewer rates so that they can be in place at the beginning of the year; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service is also recommending that we add the ability of the City to bill in increments other than quarterly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Code Section 921.11, Sewer Rental Rates, of Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 921.11, Sewer Rental Rates, of Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
