WHEREAS, the Council office has experienced a problem with its computers in that upgrades are needed immediately for 2 units in order to be able to run our Legistar software; and
WHEREAS, with more personnel being trained to work on Legistar this upgrade is needed as soon as possible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,800) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.111.5513, Council, Capital Projects/Equipment.
Section 2. That ORD-1-2000, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
