TO AMEND CHAPTER 907, DRIVEWAYS AND CURB CUTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna wishes to replace our driveway approach standard drawing with the Columbus standard drawing to match our current practice; and
WHEREAS, to accomplish this various sections of Chapter 907, Driveways and Curb Cuts, must be modified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 907, Driveways and Curb Cuts, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 907, Driveways and Curb Cuts, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
