TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN HANNA ADDITION; FROM LESTER L AND EDNA EMIG.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1959 from Lester L. and Edna Emig; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on October 2, 1959 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Lester L. and Edna Emig, for Sanitary Sewer Improvement in the Hanna Addition, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
