AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Water Meter Fees.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from water meter fees; and
WHEREAS, the funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funds in the amount of fifty thousand one hundred thirty-nine dollars and zero cents ($50,139) from the unappropriated unencumbered Water Fund 6510 be and is hereby appropriated to account number 651.11.000.5300 - Materials and Supplies.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
