WHEREAS, the Mayor has signed a Partial Assignment of Easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes for Monro Muffler; and

WHEREAS, this Partial Assignment of Easement has been recorded in the Franklin County Recorder's Office on July 21, 2000;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO:

Section 1. That this Council hereby acknowledges the Partial Assignment of Easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes.

Section 2.   That this Council hereby ratifies the Mayor's signature on the Partial Assignment of Easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes with The New Albany Company.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
