TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT IN THE AREA OF NORTH HAMILTON ROAD, FOR A STORM SEWER EASEMENT AND APPURTENANCES THERETO FROM THE VILLAS OF GAHANNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from The Villas of Gahanna Condominium Association in the area of North Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on November 5, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the value of the easement has been determined by the City Engineer to be approximately $36,850; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a storm sewer and appurtenant works thereto in an area along North Hamilton Road at the Villas of Gahanna Condominiums; said Deed of Easement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
