TO REPEAL ORD-0140-2000 AND ORD-0141-2000, PASSED JULY 5, 2000, TO ENTER INTO EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY

WHEREAS, the Mayor was authorized to enter into easement and right of way agreement with American Electric Power by ORD-0140-2000 and ORD-0141-2000 on July 5, 2000; and
WHEREAS, American Electric Power found that inaccurate legal descriptions were given to the City of Gahanna, so those attached as Exhibit A to each of the ordinances was wrong, and the cleanest way to resolve this is to repeal the two ordinances and pass new ones;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA:
Section 1. That ORD-0140-2000 and ORD-0141-2000, To Authorize the Mayor to enter into Easement and Right of Way Agreement with American Electric Power Company, are hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
