TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON HAMILTON ROAD AND KNOWN AS ROCKY FORK SQUARE; FROM ROCKY FORK SQUARE PARTNERSHIP.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a water line and appurtenant works was obtained in 1976 from Rocky Fork Square Partnership; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on February 17, 1976 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Rocky Fork Square Partnership, for water line purposes on Hamilton Road, property known as Rocky Fork Square, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
