TO ACCEPT A CONTRIBUTION BY COUNTRYSIDE ELECTRIC TOWARD FUTURE WIDENING OF WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD

WHEREAS, Countryside Electric has entered into a cost sharing agreement for roadway purposes with the City of Gahanna for the future widening of West Johnstown Road; and
WHEREAS, the City has moved forward with the design of the West Johnstown Road improvement (improvement #752) and an impact cost has been developed to charge the developer for a percentage of the future widening cost; and
WHEREAS, the developer has agreed to contribute towards the improvement and it must be accepted as a non statutory fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That we hereby accept the contribution of $17,800 from Countryside Electric to be applied to the future widening of West Johnstown Road.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
