A Motion to Immediately Reinstate the Hearing of Visitors and adopts the use of virtual technology including but not limited to in-application comment, video or telephonic participation, or by reading into the record of all emails, correspondence, and letters received from the public to the Council as a Whole (whether submitted through a web portal, to the Clerk or Deputy Clerk of Council, or to all Councilmembers) for the period between each council meeting regarding a matter of public interest or policy.
This action immediately terminates the Suspension of this Rule passed on April 6, 2020 due to the COVID-19 Emergency.
