TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT IN THE AREA OF 1241 NORTH HAMILTON ROAD, FOR A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT GRANT AND A STORM SEWER EASEMENT GRANT FROM ELLEN I. LEPERA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARTHA J. LEPERA TRUST.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Thomson-Mohler, Ltd., for sanitary sewer and storm sewer proposed in the area of 1241 North Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $12,665; and
WHEREAS, this Deed of Easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on April 9, 2014; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Deed of Easement for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining or replacing a sanitary and storm sewer and appurtenant works thereto in the area of 1241 North Hamilton Road, said Deed attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
