AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA; TITLE FIVE - OTHER PUBLIC SERVICES: CHAPTER 941 - GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION.

WHEREAS, each year the Department of Public Service & Engineering reviews city code and fee schedules for necessary updates and revisions to ensure they remain current and applicable; and
WHEREAS, the rates will go into effect in January 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 941.15 Pickup and Disposal Fees of Chapter 941 Garbage and Rubbish Collection of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna are hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Code Section 941.15 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
