SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - COURT COMPUTERS
Body
WHEREAS, the Mayor's court computers have exceeded the suggested four (4) year lifecycle; and
WHEREAS, Mayor's Court computers are paid for by money generated to the Court Computer Operating Equipment Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is imperative to replace six (6) desktop computers with five (5) desktop computers and two (2) laptop computers in the Court department. The addition of one (1) laptop will be used during Mayor's Court for video and the display of evidence during hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Court Computer fund to the Court Computer Operating Equipment Fund, Account Number 229.151.5320.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2014 passed January 2, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
