TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 116 CLARK AVENUE FOR SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FROM JEFFERY AND TRACEY GIRARD.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Jeffery and Tracey Girard for sanitary sewer purposes for property located at 116 Clark Avenue; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on January 29, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $1,056; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a sanitary sewer and appurtenant works thereto for property located at 116 Clark Avenue; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
