TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO PARK AND PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURES MASTER PRICE AGREEMENT WITH PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS, INC.

WHEREAS, Playworld Systems is a supplier in the business of selling certain products and related services; and
WHEREAS, Playworld Systems desires to extend the terms of this Master Price Agreement to members of the National Purchasing Partners, LLC, for which the City is a lead contracting agency; and
WHEREAS, entering into this Agreement will allow the City to utilize the agreement for future purchasing and receive a portion of the administrative fee that is paid by any other entity around the country that utilizes the program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Park and Playground Equipment and Structures Master Price Agreement with PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS, INC., 1000 Buffalo Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837, said Agreement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
