TO ZONE 0.169 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS ER-2, ESTATE RESIDENTIAL 2; FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON CLARK STATE ROAD; NEW ALBANY COMPANY, OWNER

WHEREAS, 0.169 acres, more or less, was recently annexed to the City of Gahanna by The New Albany Company; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1133.08 of the Codified Ordinances, the owner did not file a zoning application; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed this annexation and recommends ER-2 zoning to coincide with surrounding properties; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on March 15, 1999, pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map, adopted by Ordinance No. 198-96 on November 19, 1996, as amended, is hereby amended by zoning 0.169 acres, more or less, to ER-2, Estate Residential 2, said acreage more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to amend and recertify the Official Zoning Map of the City of Gahanna, Ohio, to reflect the zoning contained in and approved by this ordinance.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
