TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - Clerk of Court Computer Fund (2290) for Capital Equipment
BODY
WHEREAS, Capital Improvement Plan projects for 2025 were incorporated into the 2025 appropriation request; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor’s Court payment kiosk for the new Gahanna Civic Center, located at 825 Tech Center Drive, was recommended for funding from the Clerk of Court Computer Fund (2290) by the Capital Advisory Committee, but was inadvertently omitted from the 2025 appropriation request to Council; and
WHEREAS, the Administration respectfully requests a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $35,000 from the Clerk of Court Computer Fund (2290) for the Mayor’s Court payment kiosk as recommended by the Capital Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered Clerk of Court Computer Fund (2290) as follows:
229.04.000.5510 - Clerk of Court Capital Equipment: $35,000
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
