WHEREAS, Glen Dugger, agent for Ed Minhinnick, has made application to vary Section 1107.01(d), Improvements, of the Codified Ordinances; for property located at 4185 Stygler Road, Oak Grove Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, on January 22, 2014, Planning Commission, after careful deliberation and discussion voted unanimously to recommend approval of this variance; and
WHEREAS, under authority of Section 1103.03, this variance request must be approved by Council after a recommendation is made by Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That under authority of Section 1103.03 this Council hereby grants variation from and exception to 1107.01(d) of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, which, in part, allows for a variance to allow sidewalks to be built on only one side of the subdivision street for the Oak Grove Subdivision.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
