TO ACCEPT THE STREET PORTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. 793; AND APPURTENANCES THERETO, KNOWN AS GIANT EAGLE #6051, WIDENING AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT OF HAMILTON ROAD

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1105.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, the City Engineer has certified in writing that the improvement of the street portion of Improvement No. 793, and appurtenances thereto, known as Giant Eagle #6501, are completed and approved or that bond or other surety has been furnished assuring construction and initial maintenance of all required improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the improvements of street portion of Improvement No. 793, and appurtenances thereto, known as Giant Eagle #6501, Widening and Traffic Signal Improvement of Hamilton Road, are hereby accepted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature approval by the Mayor.
