WHEREAS, a computer crashed in the Service Department and is completely non-functional; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Engineering/Capital Projects Account to cover the cost of replacement:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of One Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen Dollars ($1,319) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.145.5533, Engineering/Capital Projects, to Account No. 101.140.5511, Service/Capital Projects.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section 3. That waiver of second reading has been requested.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on the date of signature approval by the Mayor.
