TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Finance has completed a review of current appropriations and anticipated expenditures through the end of fiscal year 2026; and
WHEREAS, the review identified accounts within the General Fund requiring additional appropriations to meet anticipated expenditures through year-end; and
WHEREAS, the Administration recommends transferring appropriations totaling $13,600 between accounts within the General Fund to address these anticipated expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following transfer of appropriations in the amount of $7,500 within the General Fund (1010) is hereby authorized:
From: 101.03.000.5210 - General Fund Law Professional Services
To: 101.03.000.5135 - General Fund Law Insurance
Amount: $7,500
Section 2. That the following transfer of appropriations in the amount of $6,100 within the General Fund (1010) is hereby authorized:
From: 101.05.000.5225 - General Fund Human Resources Professional Development
To: 101.05.000.5135 - General Fund Human Resources Insurance
Amount: $6,100
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force at the earliest period allowed by law.
