TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 117 MILL STREET FROM RAY R HAAG II AND JANIS S HAAG

WHEREAS, the City negotiated for purchase of certain real estate at 117 Mill Street; and

WHEREAS, a General Warranty Deed have been delivered to the City for this property; and

WHEREAS, this deed has been recorded in the Franklin County Recorder's Office on March 4, 2002;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts GENERAL WARRANTY DEED for property located at 117 Mill Street, which was deeded to the City of Gahanna by Ray R. Haag II and Janis S. Haag.

Section 2.  That said property is more particularly described in EXHIBIT A  attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
