WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested application be made for an Ohio EPA SWIF Grant for the Gahanna Woods Detention Basin Project, Improvement No. 979; and
WHEREAS, the Ohio EPA requires a resolution of support from the City to file for this grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Gahanna hereby authorizes the Mayor to file an application for the Ohio EPA Surface Water Improvement Fund (SWIF) Grant for the Gahanna Woods Detention Basin project.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
