TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER FOR GAHNNA BOWLING LANES, ORDER NO. S-320; FROM G.B.L. REALTY CORP. AND EDWARD J AND MYRTLE MILLER.

WHEREAS, two easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1963 from G.B.L. Realty Corp. and Edward J. & Myrtle Miller; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on October 16, 1963 and October 30, 1963 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from G.B.L. Realty Corp., and Edward J. & Myrtle Miller, for sanitary sewer for Gahanna Bowling Lanes, Order No. S-320, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
