WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna contracted with Floyd Browne Group to prepare information and data for a multipurpose trail along Big Walnut Creek; and

WHEREAS, members of the Gahanna Parks & Recreation Board, at their September 3, 2008 meeting, recommended the Big Walnut Trail Concept Plan to City Council asking for adoption;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby adopts the Big Walnut Trail Concept Plan, July, 2008, by Floyd Browne Group; said study on file in the office of the Clerk of Council.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
