WHEREAS, a quit claim deed has been given to the City of Gahanna by Joseph C. and Bonnie J. DeCarlo for road right of way purposes on Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, a quit claim deed has been recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on March 18, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts QUIT CLAIM DEED granted by Joseph C. and Bonnie J. DeCarlo, for right of way purposes for property located at 4530 N. Hamilton Road, said Deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
