SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Right of Way Taylor Road.

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has been negotiating with property owners on Taylor Road for the right of way necessary for the improvement of Taylor Road at Eastgate; and
WHEREAS, the negotiations are complete with Bexley Equipment Company and funds will need to be appropriated to complete the transaction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of SIXTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,600) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.349.5821, Capital Projects, TIF.
Section 2. That TWENTY FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,400) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this ordinance will be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
