TITLE
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING PAM RIPLEY, DEPUTY CLERK OF COUNCIL, ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF “CERTIFIED MUNICIPAL CLERK” (CMC) AS AWARDED BY THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MUNICIPAL CLERKS
BODY
WHEREAS, Pam Ripley, Deputy Clerk of Council, has been awarded the Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) certification by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the IIMC grants this certification only to those who have completed a rigorous education and experience program that prepares municipal clerks to meet the challenges of the complex role of a municipal clerk; and
WHEREAS, the achievement of the CMC certification demonstrates Pam Ripley’s commitment to excellence within the municipal clerk profession and dedication to high quality public service to the City of Gahanna.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby recognizes, commends, and expresses its sincere congratulations to Pam Ripley, CMC, for her hard work in achieving this certification and for her dedication to serving the City of Gahanna.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
