TO AMEND SECTION 1150.03, DOWNTOWN SINGLE FAMILY OF CHAPTER 1150, OLDE GAHANNA DOWNTOWN DISTRICT, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, TO DELETE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES FROM DESIGN REVIEW.

WHEREAS, in reviewing other sections of the Code, a discrepancy was noted in newly-created Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna Downtown District; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on March 29, 1999, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1150.03, Downtown Single Family of Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna Downtown District, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1150.03, Downtown Single Family, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
