TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FOR LOT NO. 15 OF HANNA ADDITION; NOW KNOWN AS THE GAHANNA SERVICE COMPLEX; FROM ALBERT W. ROBY JR., WILLIAM H ROBY, AND ROBERT H. ROBY.

WHEREAS, a warranty deed for Lot No.15 of Hanna Addition from Albert W. Roby Jr., William H. Roby and Robert H. Roby was executed on April 20, 1964; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was recorded on August 12, 1964 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Albert W. Roby Jr., William H. Roby and Robert H. Roby, for municipal purposes and now known as the Gahanna Service Complex, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
