TO TERMINATE THE OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR CYPRESS CARE SOLUTIONS, 775 TAYLOR ROAD.

WHEREAS, by ORD-0065-2011 this Council passed the recommendation of the Office & Industrial Incentive Advisory Board for granting approval for Cypress Care Solutions; and
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2012 Cypress Care Solutions, by letter, asked that they be removed from the incentive program as they will not qualify due to economic conditions; and
WHEREAS, Council has agreed with the Director of Development that the incentive program should be terminated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 3 of the Office & Industrial Incentive Agreement attached to ORD-0065-2011 for Cypress Care Solutions, 775 Taylor Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, this agreement is hereby terminated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
