WHEREAS, match funds are necessary to move forward with this project for Phase II of the West Gahanna Entry, Improvement #758; and
WHEREAS, the State of Ohio is now ready to move forward and these matching funds are necessary immediately;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($158,340) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets, for the balance of the matching funds for Phase II, West Gahanna Entry, Improvement #758.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this Supplemental Appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and upon date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
