Title

SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - 1999 Asphalt Overlay Program.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has brought forward the need for a supplemental appropriation due to cost over runs on the 1999 Asphalt Overlay program; and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer is recommending that we move forward with the work recommended to be added to this program;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the amount of SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($78,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets.

Section 2.  That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
