WHEREAS, in order to facilitate the road widening project on North Hamilton Road it was necessary to purchase this entire parcel for road widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, a General Warranty Deed has been signed to the City of Gahanna and recorded at the Franklin County Recorder's Office on April 17, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts Warranty Deed from Thomas W. and Denise L. Keyes, for 1.10 acres more or less known as 4464 North Hamilton Road, said deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
