TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT IN THE AREA OF FRIENDSHIP PARK FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO A SEWER PUMPING STATION; FROM THE JEFFERSON LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT RECREATION COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, an easement for constructing, using, and maintaining a roadway for ingress and egress to a sewer pumping station to be places on premises adjacent to this easement was obtained in 1960 from The Jefferson Local School District Recreation Council; and
WHEREAS, this easement is also granted for the purpose of providing a right of way for water liens and storm sewers to or from said pumping station and for a gas line; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from The Jefferson Local School District Recreation Council, for roadway and utility purposes, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
