WHEREAS, in preparing another code amendment it was noted that this section contains a wrong reference to a Charter section,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1303.01, Adoption of CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code is hereby amended as follows:
1303.01 ADOPTION OF CABO ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING CODE.
Pursuant to Section (4.15) 4.16 of the Charter of the City of Gahanna, there is adopted, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of detached one, two, and three family dwellings not more than three stories in height, and their accessory structures the 1992 edition of the "CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code", except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. Copies of such Code shall be kept on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public. (Ord. 19-94. Passed 2-15-94.)
Section 2. That existing Section 1303.01, Adoption of CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code, of Chapter 1303, Residential Building Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
