TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR 1.93 ACRE TRACT LOCATED ALONG JOHNSTOWN ROAD, FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES; FROM BERCLEY WOODS IN GAHANNA, LLC.

WHEREAS, the City has received a Warranty Deed for 1.93 acres from Bercley Woods in Gahanna, LLC for road right of way purposes; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded by the Franklin Count Recorder's office on March 16, 2006; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed for 1.93 acres for right of way purposes along Johnstown Road from Bercley Woods in Gahanna, LLC; said Warranty Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
