TO AMEND SECTION 921.03, PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE; MULTIPLE USE CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED, OF CHAPTER 921, SEWER CONNECTIONS AND RENTAL RATES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City wishes to regulate securing a permit for sanitary sewer system connections and multiple use connections of the sanitary sewer system;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That Section 921.03, Permit Required; Fee; Multiple Use Connections Prohibited, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended in accordance with EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That existing Section 921.03 or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are repealed.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
