TO ACCEPT WATER LINE, STREET AND STORM SEWER, IMPROVEMENT NO. 683; AND APPURTENANCES THERETO; IN THE BEECHER ROAD EXTENSION

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1105.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, the City Engineer has certified in writing that the improvements of the water line, street, and storm sewer, Improvement No. 683; and appurtenances thereto, in the Beecher Road Extension are completed and approved or that a bond or other surety has been furnished assuring construction and initial maintenance of all required improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the improvements of the water line, street, and storm sewer, Improvement No. 638, and appurtenances thereto, in the Beecher Road Extension are hereby accepted.
Section 2. That, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
