AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - WORKERS COMPENSATION SELF-INSURANCE PROGRAM - WAIVE SECOND READING.
BODY
WHEREAS, there has been an increase in contract services associated with the workers compensation self-insurance program; and
WHEREAS, original appropriations are not sufficient to cover the increases for these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($38,000) be and is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the Worker’s Comp Fund 9000 to account 900.05.000.5205.
Section 2. The second reading is hereby waived.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
