WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Bercley Woods In Gahanna, LLC, for sanitary sewer purposed in the area of Bercley Woods on Johnstown Road; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on March 10, 2006; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Deed of Easement for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining or replacing a sanitary sewer and appurtenant works thereto in the area along Johnstown Road at Bercley Woods, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
