TO HONOR AND COMMEND CAILIN J. HOGAN ON ACHIEVEMENT OF THE GOLD AWARD

WHEREAS, CAILIN J. HOGAN is a member of Troop 1769 in the Rocky Fork Unit, in the Senior Scout program of the Girl Scouts; and
WHEREAS, her service project took place in conjunction with the Y.W.C.A. Bright Future program, focusing on leadership techniques and was entitled "Group Dynamics workshop Through Y.M.C.A."; and
WHEREAS, CAILIN J. HOGAN did organize and conduct leadership seminars and also trained facilitators to make presentations in group structure and dynamics; and
WHEREAS, CAILIN J. HOGAN serves as an exemplary standard for the youth of our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, honor and commend CAILIN J. HOGAN for her attainment of the Gold Award for Girl Scouts.
Section 2. That CAILIN J. HOGAN is given heartfelt thanks for being a good citizen and is wished success in her future endeavors.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
