WHEREAS, bids were opened on September 15, 2006, for Gahanna Income Tax Forms; and

WHEREAS, the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder has been recommended by the Director of Public Service;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to award and the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with INSOURCE SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC., 7731 Marsh Blue Court, Westerville, Ohio 43082, for 2006 income tax forms for the Tax Division of the City of Gahanna, in accordance with bid and City specifications; said bid tabulation attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.

Section 2.  That funding in the amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY TWO DOLLARS ($11,652) was set aside in the 2006 Appropriations in Account No. 101.132.5401, Tax Office Expense, to cover the herein costs.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
