TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT IN VARIOUS AREAS OF SARATOGA ESTATES FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY PURPOSES; FROM DONALD R AND JERI M PINNELL AND DAVIS AND SON INC.

WHEREAS, easements for construction, operation and maintenance of public and private utilities above and beneath the surface of the ground were obtained in 1985 from Donald R. and Jeri M. Pinnell, and Davis & Son, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on January 16, 1985 and January 29, 1985 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Donald R. and Jeri M. Pinnell, and Davis & Son, Inc., for public and private utility purposes in Saratoga Estates, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
